Congratulations to 5th grader Addison Hons, Character Without Question recipient from Nottingham!

Every year, SBISD honors students district-wide who reflect a depth of character and a caring for human beings. Students are selected for demonstrating an enduring commitment to any or all of the following character traits: honesty/integrity, responsibility/dependability, respect, perseverance/effort, courage, caring/kindness, and citizenship/civic virtue.

Addison’s counselor, Stacey Zubair, wrote, “Addison is a student who consistently leads with her heart. She is respectful to her peers and teachers. She has an exceptional sense of humor that lights up any room and automatically lifts the spirits of others.” Addison was selected for her commitment to being kind, respectful and courageous.
