Gifted and Talented Program

The Texas Board of Education and the Spring Branch school board set Nottingham Elementary’s Gifted and Talented Program guidelines. Students in kindergarten through second grade participate in the Primary Gifted Program (P.G.P.) and our third through fifth graders participate in the Spring Branch Program for Improving Reasoning and Accelerating Learning (S.P.I.R.A.L.) program.

The short nomination period for annual screening begins in August and ends mid-September.  If you are interested in having your child participate in the screening process, please contact the school as early in the school year as possible. Screening is done every year beginning in September and ends in December.
