Click on "Be a Volunteer" in the column on
the left side of the page and fill out the form.
Remember: The form will not be processed unless you
go to the very bottom of the page and click on the
"submit" button. After that, the only thing to do is
sit back and relax - the district's Volunteer Office
will give you a call as soon as you've been cleared.
We strongly
urge all parents to apply
NOW – even if you do not currently anticipate
being able to assist at any school functions or
activities at this time. Circumstances often
change, and unless you are previously cleared,
there will be no possibility of obtaining last
minute clearance. Volunteer chaperones for
field trips, parties, and other school activities
must be cleared prior to the volunteer
working on campus.
All visitor's must
bring a driver’s license the first time they visit
campus and be updated in the campus security system
upon check-in with the front office immediately upon
arrival. If you volunteer on campus again this year,
you too will need to have your license re-scanned
into the V-Soft system. Be sure you check in as a
“volunteer” and not as a “visitor” every time you
visit us if volunteering on campus - our school gets
credit for volunteer hours!

de SBISD Deberan Inscribirse Todos Los Años
Los voluntarios de SBISD deberán inscribirse en la
página del Internet del distrito (www.
spring branchisd.com) todos
los años y ser aprobados sus antecedentes penales
por el Depto. de Policía. Con el fin de
poder usar los servicios de nuestros voluntarios y
tener un comienzo de clases sin dificultades, toda
persona que haya sido aprobada en la Base de Datos
durante el año 2006-2007 podrá sequir siento
voluntario has el 29 de septiembre de 2007. Los
voluntarios deberán traer su licencia de manejar la
primera vez que participen como voluntarios en la
escuela este año para qje se pueda verificar en el
sistema V-Soft. Ellos deberán anotarse como un
“voluntario” y no como “visitante,” si vienen de
voluntarios a la escuela.
Comenzand el 1° de octubre de 2007 todos los
voluntarios DEBERAN estar aprobado en la Sase de
Datos de Voluntarios para el año 2007-08. Toda
persona que se haya inscrito por el Internet después
del 15 de julio del 2007 (y haya sido aprobado)
estará en la Base de Datos de Voluntarios 2007-08.
Todo los voluntarios tendrán que traer su licencia
de manejar para tener su fotografia actualizada en
el sistema V-Sort. Por favor recuérdeles a todos
los padres y voluntarios que se tomará de 7 a 10
días para su antecedentes sean procesados. Si elios
quieren asistir a una excursión no les garantizamos
que sus antecedentes puedan ser procesados si se
esperan hasta un día o dos antes del evento para
someter sus datos |
